Jessica O’Toole is La Domestique, a food and lifestyle stylist, photographer, and writer. She’s an American living in Cavan, Ireland with her Irish husband, Len, and the cutest dachshund in the world, Minnie. A “Jill” of all trades, Jessica has years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, working almost every job imaginable: waitress, barista, short-order-cook, baker, wine rep, and even farmer. Her passion for learning and sharing inspiration led to the creation of LaDomestique.com, a site dedicated to the kitchen, pantry, and garden. By pairing stunning food and lifestyle photographs with engaging storytelling, Jessica teaches the history behind pantry ingredients and how to let the seasons be your guide in the kitchen.
